Job Description

    Sales ManagerJob descriptionIncrease clients/accounts by on-boarding new clients and manage existing clients/accounts in the assigned territory.Ensure personal and Company s Sales targets are met on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.Generate leads via calls, meetings on a daily basis. Ensure to obtain orders and generate revenue for the Company.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly Plans.Technical Competency - Participate in all assigned training modules to gain product knowledge.Update clients about the various marketing and promotions schemes, and new products launches.Invite clients for various events and training conducted at the branch/events.Coordinate and work closely with respective support functions to provide the necessary pre--post sales support to clients to provide best services experience.Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables. Help in resolving all outstanding reconciliation issues on a periodic basisAlign with Branch Technical to resolve after-sales-support / warranty issues.Continuously monitor developments in the market competition activities, and ensure timely communication to the reporting manager product marketing team.Reports to the Branch as and when required for various meetings/training etc.Adhere to both online and offline reporting formats timelines.Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)
