Job Description

Sales Manager - Careers At ADB Safegate Sales Manager to handle Sales activities in India for Airports , AAI , Airbases , and other private airfields & to assist Sales Director for sharing the responsibilities. Focus , develop and drive Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) , Air Traffic Control Solutions (ATC) , Visual Docking Guidance Systems (VDGS) & Services business in India In this role the Sales Manager will: Proactive sell the portfolio by direct and indirect sales ( via Agents). Develop an active pipeline & involve at early stage before the release of tenders tenders related to ATC , VDGS , AGL or integrated solution & services. Regular visits to all stakeholders of customers , arrange presentations in government and private airport customers for upcoming projects and requirements. Work on solutions / specifications of tenders , coordinate with all internal stakeholders to compile compliant & competitive bid. Key A / c management for government Customers in terms of full solution discussion and responsibility. First point of contact for selected customers for all related technical and commercial queries. Assisting Sales Directors for joint sales missions from Access to Closing. Experience in Handling Govt departments , customers , Projects in AAI and / or oher government departments. Frequent travelling within India and on call basis to ME & Europe. Pipeline management , Accounts receivables , weekly / monthly reporting on Targets ADB SG Team India Sales & Support Team based in UAE ADB Safegate HQ & Technical Support Skills / Qualification Business Skills Airport ( Airside) Knowledge of various systems and operations. Competitive landscape in India in airside domain ( AFL , VDGS , Tower Systems , Services) Knowledge of Indian Aviation Standards + International aviation standards ICAO , FAA Hands - on experience in pre - sales , acquisition and final negotiations. Skills to handle customers alone. Team player with enthusiastic people able to operate under time pressure. Excellent Communication Skills & ethics within a multicultural environment. Target oriented with a strong improvement reflex. A self - propelled worker and initiative taker. Customer satisfaction oriented Committed on results with high quality and Ethics. Total working experience of 5+ years in pre - Sales , Sales , post sales. List of key projects in last 5 years in international airports domain is required. Experience in Airfield Ground Lighting equipment , VDGS and ATC tower solutions - - preferred but not mandatory. Education and age group : Engineering degree in Electrical , Electronics or equivalent preferred. Age between 30 - 35 years. Hindi , English: very good (Written , Read & Speaking).,
