Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Representative Industry: Ayurveda Location:Delhi/NCR Reports To: Sales Manager/Regional Sales DirectorOverview: We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals (both freshers and experienced professionals) to join our Ayurveda firm as Sales Representatives. The role involves promoting and selling Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals, retail stores, wellness centers, and consumers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships to drive sales growth and brand awareness in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities: Sales and Product Promotion:Promote and sell the firms Ayurvedic products to doctors, wellness centers, pharmacies, and retail outlets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Educate customers on the benefits of Ayurvedic products and guide them on how to use them effectively. Demonstrate the unique qualities and health benefits of the products to potential clients and partners. Relationship Management:Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and retailers. Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional after-sales service. Develop customer loyalty by building trust through consistent follow-ups and support. Market Expansion:Identify potential new clients and business opportunities within the assigned territory. Gather and provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to management. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients. Reporting and Administration:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the companys CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on the progress toward achieving sales goals. Collaboration and Training:Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with product launches, promotions, and campaigns. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on the latest Ayurveda trends and offerings. Qualifications: For Freshers:A degree/diploma in Ayurveda, Natural Medicine, or a related field (preferred). Interest and passion for the wellness and Ayurvedic industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to meet targets. For Experienced Candidates:Proven sales experience in Ayurveda, herbal products, wellness, or related industries (minimum 1-2 years). Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic products and treatments. Ability to manage accounts and build long-lasting relationships with clients. Strong sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools. Desired Skills for Both Freshers & Experienced: Passion for natural health and wellness solutions. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
