    Butterfly Ayurveda is an Ayurvedic products manufacturer based out in New Delhi. Our products range from immunity boosting Ayurvedic medicines for lifestyle-related disorders to herbal teas, cookies, along with a niche vertical of Ayurveda-inspired bakery items. We aim to help people live healthier lives while integrating health into their daily lifestyle through our offerings.Job Summary:The Sales Representative, as an integral part of the sales team, will be responsible for handling and developing a robust customer database. This entry-level role focuses on understanding customer needs, building relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.Duties/Responsibilities: Compile and validate customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness within the organizations database. Conduct thorough research to gather and organize relevant information for the development and maintenance of the customer database. Collaborate with internal teams to collect and verify. customer details, ensuring the database is up-to-date and aligned with organizational needs. Implement data validation processes to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in customer information. Work closely with the sales leadership team to understand specific data requirements and contribute to the improvement of data quality standards. Perform regular audits on existing customer records, updating information and resolving any data inconsistencies. Utilize attention to detail to maintain high levels of accuracy in data compilation and validation processes. Collaborate with other departments to obtain additional data points, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded customer database. Document and report on data validation activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Adhere to data protection and privacy regulations while handling and validating customer information. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data compilation and validation processes.Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively delegate when necessary. Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Familiarity with sales-related laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to the organizations CRM system and sales tools.Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
