The Sales Support Manager collaborates closely with the sales team, customer service, and other internal departments to enhance overall sales performance.Key Responsibilities:Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide necessary support. Foster effective communication between sales representatives and other departments.Administrative Support: Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in the CRM system. Assist in the creation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.Order Processing: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services. Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to manage stock levels and resolve any issues that may arise.Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide assistance when necessary. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.Training and Development: Train sales team members on internal processes and tools to enhance their efficiency. Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively support sales efforts.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes. Streamline and optimize sales support procedures to increase overall productivity.Collaboration with Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on promotional activities and campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team for continuous improvement.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales support role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred if have work experience in using SFA & DMS. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
