The Sales Support Manager collaborates closely with the sales team, customer service, and other internal departments to enhance overall sales performance.Key Responsibilities:Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide necessary support. Foster effective communication between sales representatives and other departments.Administrative Support: Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in the CRM system. Assist in the creation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.Order Processing: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services. Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to manage stock levels and resolve any issues that may arise.Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide assistance when necessary.
