Indias largest plywood studio, established in 1978, We deal in plywood, veneer, MDF, shuttering ply, laminates, etc. We, Baveja Plywood House, are a one-stop solution for renowned architects and builders and one of the best project suppliers all over India.Currently, we are looking for a candidate who should have had experience in Sales Trainer for at least 2 years. We are looking for candidates who live within 10 kilometers of the Mundka Industrial Area. Sales Trainers responsibility and duties:
    • Develop and deliver training programs for sales employees to improve their knowledge and skills in selling to B2B clients.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and modify them as needed to ensure maximum impact.
    • Create training manuals, presentations, and other educational materials for sales employees.
    • Train sales employees on the latest sales techniques, technologies, and trends in the B2B industry.
    • Collaborate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and training needs among sales employees.
    • Develop and implement training plans that align with the organizations overall sales strategy.
    • Monitor and evaluate the progress of sales employees after training to ensure they are applying what they have learned.
    • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure sales employees have the necessary knowledge of the organizations products and services.
    • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in sales training. Requirements:
    • Strong knowledge of B2B sales techniques, technologies, and trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
