Job Description

    The SEO Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility and organic search performance. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of SEO strategies, be data-driven, and have a proven track record of achieving outstanding results. As a self-motivated and result-oriented professional, the SEO Manager will implement technical SEO practices and other key aspects of search engine optimization.Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our websites. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of SEO recommendations. Monitor and analyze website performance using various SEO tools and platforms to identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm. changes, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our SEO strategies. Create and present regular performance reports, including key metrics, progress, and actionable insights to stakeholders. Optimize website structure, content, and on-page elements to improve user experience and search engine crawlability. Implement technical SEO best practices, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup. Work closely with the development team to address technical SEO issues and ensure proper indexing and crawling of our website. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and promotion that aligns with our target audience and business goals. Utilize data analytics to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.Requirements: Proven experience of 6-7 years in SEO management, with a strong track record of achieving significant organic traffic growth. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc. Expertise in technical SEO, including website structure, crawlability, indexation, and mobile optimization. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and implement data-driven SEO strategies. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
