Job Description

    To support the SITA s movements worldwide, assisting with GEO specific requirements to fulfil and respond to RFP s, Bids, projects and Incidents of various natures and customers.What you will do Support the movement SITA hardware globally Support SITA requesters with quotations for Shipping, Bids, RFPs Ensure compliance with Global Trade policies and restrictions Monitor Global Deployments with third party suppliers Maintain SITA Logistics Reports and Tools Third party invoice processing including error checking and resolution Investigate and assist with issues impacting services globally, *Who you are Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience ITIL Foundation Certificate (preferable) Global Logistics, Shipping, Supplier Management Ideally experienced in Telecommunications or Services industry Global Geography Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management practices and procedures Competent in Microsoft packages, especially excel Attention to detail Time Management Prioritization skillsWhat we offer SITA s workplace is all about diversity: many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce, and colleagues who ve been working here for decades collaborate with those just out of college and early in their careers.
