Job Description

It is completely technology driven and transparent and has already built a community of over 150,000 investors and raised more than RS.160 crore in capital from retail investors.Founded in 2020, this Gurugram based digital platform is truly democratizing investment opportunities and helping individuals find new ways of investment to grow their wealth.Its founding team members include the leadership alumni of companies like OYO, Pepperfry, Morgan Stanley, World bank, among others.As a Senior Business Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Partner (B2B) disbursement and post-disbursement processes (like completion of conditions precedent, completion of compliance requirements etc.) for all of investment options facilitated by the company.What you will do:- Relationship building with Founders, CXOs etc. of our B2B Partner businesses to ensure smooth operations and a great partner experience- Overseeing collections and recovery of due payments, fulfilling of pending documentation from B2B Partners- Identifying gaps in existing processes and putting in place new processes to ensure efficient scale-up in line with the growing needs of the company- Coaching and mentoring the direct reportees to create a high performing teamWhat you need to have:- 7-9 years of experience in a client facing operations management role in the financial services industry (banks/NBFC/rating agencies/venture debt firms/VC/PE firms)- Understanding of mid/back-office disbursement/credit administration processes in financial institutions- Experience in collections and recovery from corporate borrowers is a plus- Basic understanding of term sheets and other legal contracts- Excellent stakeholder/people management skills (both internal and external)- Superb communication and negotiation skills- Ability to build, scale and improve processes- Experience in team management,
