Job Description

They invest in both early-stage companies as well as mature businesses.- As a Senior Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for creating informative content to share the companys value proposition to multiple audiences.What you will do:- Helping create and execute robust communications engagement strategy- Creating compelling, relevant content and driving readership/ viewership, developing social media as a brand strategy- Creating digital assets and communication materials using tools like Canva- Crafting content, including visual presentations, videos, op-eds, digital assets, etc, including conducting in-depth research on trends in the finance/ startup ecosystem- Designing the strategy for internal and external branding and working with PR, Legal, Design, and Portfolio companies- Curating content guided by business needs- Monitoring and growing engagementDesired Candidate Profile :What you need to have:- Degree in an applicable discipline (marketing, business, communications, etc.)- 2+ years of relevant communications experience- Comfort with tools like Canva, social media analytics tools- Passion for social media and various digital platforms- Passionate about Startup/ VC space- Keenness to look beyond the obvious creative solutions- Knowledge of audience segmentation and identification on digital platforms- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritise- Comfort working in an unstructured & complex environment requiring out-of-box thinking, logical reasoning- Ability to continuously add value to assigned processes and develop solutions- Ability to work collaboratively- Good verbal and writing/ grammatical skills as well as the ability to present information and ideas logically and clearly- A keen eye for detail is also required,
