Job Description

    Dear candidate,Urgent job requirement for Senior Engineer - Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor(Building / Airport Project ). Please find the job details below:-Designation: Senior Engineer - Billing Engineer /Quantity SurveyorExperience: 8 -15 YearsLocation: DelhiSalary as per Industry NormsExperience in: Building Projects(Commercial Building / High Rise Building / Residential Building - Hospital, Hostel, College, Villa, etc.)Good Communication Skills (Reading, Writing & Spoken)Should be open for Travel on PAN India Basis.Should have prior experience in team handling also.Job Responsibilities/Key Responsibility Areas:1. Technical Audit of the Infrastructure Projects (Building / Airport Project / Railway Projects/ Metro, Civil, etc.).2. Preparation of Pre-Contract Bill of Quantities and Costing.3. Understanding the BOQ of the project and recommending the cost savings for the project4. Understanding the Design & Drawings of the project and recommending the cost savings for the project5. Understanding the Construction methodology at the project site and recommending the cost savings for the project6. Checking of the Client RA Bills w.r.t. Work done and billed and to find out the unbilled amount (also as per the physical execution)7. Checking of the Sub-contractor RA Bill w.r.t. work done and paid and finding out the excess quantity paid, if any. (also as per the physical execution)8. Checking of the RA Bills with Drawings, BBS, etc.9. Preparation of Extra Claim (i.e. work done but not claimed)10. Material consumption and reconciliation for all materials Steel, Concrete, Cement, Sand, Shuttering, AAC Blocks, Bricks, aggregate, etc, w.r.t. purchased quantity, theoretical quantity, actual consumed quantity, billed to client quantity, paid to sub-contractor quantity, work in progress, wastage, unbilled, unaccounted, etc.11. Rate Analysis for extra work, non scheduled work.12. Various analyses w.r.t. material requirements, machinery requirement, work planning, scheduling, sequencing, etc.13. Preparation of Scope of Work as per the project requirement14. Training of technical team15.
