Over all Supervision of engineering and maintenance activities of R&D Centre Supervise the team members and supporting administration process under the guidance of HOD Calibration schedule and execution with third party/ in-house resources. Planning and execution of calibration of critical instruments. Preparation of Preventive Maintenance schedule and execution of the same. Preparation/Updating and review of department SOPs as and when required. Maintaining inventory of spares, Generating PR, Status/follow ups. Operation and maintenance of BMS, Fire alarm system, Door access/control system, Door interlocking. Maintaining all engineering and design documentation for plants and utility equipment, HVAC systems, ETP, all engineering drawings, P&I diagrams, HVAC area classification. 100% audit compliances by maintaining all documents, including SOPs and PM records. Support new or modified equipment/facility installations to include identifying & purchasing initial spare parts and implementing new preventive maintenance procedures. Servicing, Maintenances, Breakdown-Prevention of equipments in R&D with cGMP/GLP and Quality Management Systems. Preparing of departmental budgets. Scheduling preventive and predictive maintenance, specifications, codes, standards and cGMP techniques. Documentation of instruments IQ/OQ/PQ in production and R&D equipments
