We are looking for a male Executive / Senior Executive in our HR Team to work on attendance, payroll and statutory compliance. The position is based at our Corporate Office based in Okhla, Phase 1, New Delhi.We work six days a week except for second Saturday between 10 am and 7 pm.Candidates having MBA in Human Resource with 5-7 years of experience in similar profile may apply.Job Description- Prepare, calculate and process attendance of all employees before 3rd of every month - Maintain up-to-date records of employees leaves as per leave policy - Support Manager HR in processing of payroll for all group companies before 5th of every month - Answer queries of employees regarding attendance and payroll - Maintain up-to-date data attendance of all employees - Make calculations of salary payable after accounting all statutory requirements, leaves and attendance, variable pay (for sales/service staff) - Coordinate with accounts department for timely payment of salaries and other dues of all employees - Ensure timely preparation and submission of various statutory forms and returns related to ESI, EPF, Bonus, Gratuity, labour welfare etc. - Ensure salary disbursement is planned on or before 7th of every month - Ensure accurate and timely processing of full and final settlement of employee accounts within 30 days of employees separation - Maintain all documentation related to payroll activities - Support L & D Team in briefing about statutory compliance to all new employees during induction and orientation - Monitor and alert Manager HR for any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcountRequired Candidate profileMBA/ equivalent degree in Human Resource Management with around 4-7 years of experience in the HR function specifically in compensation & benefits and statutory compliance.Competencies: - Thorough working knowledge of payroll processing and all compliance such as EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, any other Act pertaining to employment etc.- Strong analytical ability- Good interpersonal skills - Ability to manage conflicts within and outside the function - Good communication skills - Smart and presentable- Ability to work in tough timelines and extended work hours,
