Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for,Senior Executive Finance,Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month-end and year- end process, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, Payroll, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, Reconciliations
  • Bank / Creditor / Debtors Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
  • Analysis of monthly general ledger account activity, accruals, variances to forecast, and reconciliation of various accounts, fixed asset administration, and various employee benefit accounting.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation of audit work papers for year end audits with outside auditors reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Knowledge of various tax fillings, tax Audit reports and computation
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards INDAS and IFRS is mandatory and working knowledge of allied laws is desirable.
  • Experience of controlling accounting for foreign (US) entity and knowledge of US GAAP is preferred
Work Experience and EducationQualification- Experience- Qualified CA or MBA/ M.com in Finance with 4 to 5 years of Manufacturing Experience.Specific knowledge
  • Exposure of working in ERP environment (SAP will be added advantage)
  • Knowledge of Accounts, Finance, Audit && Compliance
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting and have worked with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
