Job Description

    Recharge is looking for a GTM Sr. Financial Analyst to improve financial and operational decision-making across the organization. We do this by financial modeling and forecasting, supporting decisions through analysis, reporting and monitoring key performance indicators, and building scalable processes. We ll rely on you to collaborate with others, provide insights, and present your recommendations to leadership to drive informed decision-making. This is a great opportunity to gain high visibility and responsibility within a rapidly scaling, pre-IPO company. What You ll Do

    • Support all aspects of GTM Finance, developing partnerships, identifying issues, offering solutions, and providing feedback across the organization.
    • Build, update, actualize, and maintain the Revenue and Sales financial models and provide variance explanations on a monthly/quarterly basis.
    • Support the commissions planning, calculations, and payments processes
    • Create Sales, Product and Marketing ROI analyses
    • Measure and report KPIs and support overall GTM initiatives
    • Build financial modeling tools to support critical financial decisions in our business operations
    • Apply a data-driven analytical approach to influence strategic decision-making, with a focus on resource allocation decisions and long-term planning
    What You ll Bring
    • 3+ years experience in Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or Data Analytics / Modeling
    • Experience building various sales models focused around productivity and profitability
    • Exposure to bottoms-up forecasting process
    • Understanding of US GAAP
    • Strong communication and presentation skills (Excel, Google Slides, Google Docs)
    • Experience with data modeling (Looker, SQL etc.)
    • Experience working with financial tools, such as Adaptive a plus
    • Effective in a dynamic environment, adapting to and managing change in a positive and proactive manner
    • Ability to work in a remote-first organization
