SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER ALLENDEVAUX & COMPANY is hiring a senior graphic designer to join its Gurgaon (Delhi NCR)-based marketing team. You will be responsible for creating customer-facing content to promote the companys image and brand, working with a copywriter and webmaster to ensure consistency in colour, lettering and other graphical constructs for commercial work in graphic design.You will report to the chief marketing officer and will oversee junior graphic designers working within, graphic design group, within the marketing department.One of the main initiatives will be to identify, plan and generate sales content that describe the services and products sold by the company. You will contribute to our brand and image, including the color schema, font and lettering. You will also construct PowerPoint presentations to ensure the sales organisation is promoting products and services consistently. Further, you will be responsible for generating product brochures and ensuring the webmaster reflects the design and content across the companys websites.The right candidate for this role should have a career as a senior graphic designer with extensive experience working in your field. You should have a portfolio of work to show that demonstrates your command for art and design, interwoven in ways that communicate ideas that align with a companys strategy and marketing campaigns.The role requires cross-functional collaboration with internal and external business stakeholders to understand the type of business in which the company operates.Ourcustomer-base is primarily located in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and secondarily in the United States.Our goal is to grow its business in the EU, UK and USA, while also expanding its presence in India and the Middle East, both newer markets for the company. The marketing content that you design, in association with that of your colleagues in the marketing department, will help contribute to and drive those objectives.Work Location

Due to the pandemic, the offices have been closed although we plan to reopen the offices. Meanwhile, this is a remote role supported by daily meeting participation over videoconference. Until the offices re-open, candidates must have a reliable Internet connection and an office from which to attend video meetings with customers and colleagues.Compensation Package and DetailsThis opportunity pays an annual salary of which is best in industry for the qualified candidate; payments are monthly. Paid-time-off (PTO) is four weeks and can be spent for any purpose such as national or religious holidays, vacation, sick leave, etc.This position is a fulltime consultative role, meaning the candidate is responsible for local, state and national tax payments and filings. The candidate for this job may need to hold hours compatible with the United Kingdom when interacting with other senior management, as the companys leadership is located in that region.Job ResponsibilitiesWill have the following duties and responsibilities in this role:
• Collaborate with creative team members to produce content.
• Participate in driving the companys global marketing strategy.
• Polish brand identity and awareness.
• Participate in market research to understand competitors and their positioning, leading to better decision-making.
• Design online and offline marketing campaigns customized to grow the pipeline with high- quality leads.
• Design the content that contributes to various marketing exercises such as prospecting and customer events, conferences, exhibitions.
• Generate high-quality content for customers that will be used in market surveys, webinars, whitepaper, case studies, blogs, videos, etc.
• Oversee graphic design and content creation; generate sales materials such as brochures and PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate with the copywriter regarding copy to be integrated into content.
Competency
• Mastery of industry-stand software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create content.
• It is strictly imperative to be highly experienced with PowerPoint; do not apply if this is not the case.
• The ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.
• A track record of clear success with past marketing projects.
• Expertise in B2B marketing strategies and campaigns is useful.
• Experience working in cybersecurity and data protection is helpful, but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel by using artwork and imagery.
• Must possess very strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Education/Experience
• At least 7 years of experience in the field.
• Bachelors degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field (masters degree preferable but not mandatory).
