Provide expert legal advice and guidance to internal teams on various legal matters, including contracts, agreements, regulatory compliance, litigation, and dispute resolution, specific to the elevator industry in India.2. Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, service agreements, purchase orders, tender documents, and other related documents, ensuring compliance with Indian legal requirements and industry-specific regulations.3. Conduct legal due diligence for business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.4. Stay up-to-date with Indian laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the elevator industry, such as the Indian Elevator Rules, safety regulations, building codes, and other applicable laws, and communicate relevant updates to the management team.5.
