Job Description

    • Good understanding of VD and PED-FE PAT testing and simulation methodologies.
    • Excellent ability to perform all virtual assessments related to vehicle dynamics- K&C, Ride, and Handling using MBD tool and techniques. co-relation of ride and handling results with test data to improve model fidelity
    • Highly skilled in building models for components, systems and full vehicle from scratch, eg Suspension system, Leaf spring, tire, steering model and Flex body integration in ADAMS car.
    • Experience in building event and maneuvers as per ISO standard for Ride and Handling and Control system simulation.
    • Should know Vehicle and tyre testing methodology
    • Extensive experience in vehicle steering system model development for effort estimation with the help of simulation tool.
    • Good understanding of Vehicle active control System, 1D control system modeling and co-simulation to validate control strategy.eg ESP, ABS, EBD HPAS, EPAS.
    • Ability to perform load estimation at suspension and full vehicle level /RLDA for durability Simulation.
    • Experience in DOE, Optimization technique.
    • Interaction with stakeholders for project data collection, project update and performance improvement ( Design, test, CAE team etc)
    • Good knowledge of Engine performance parameters and powertrain, drivability & performance.
    • Experience in AVL cruise system development for fuel economy, Performance and drivability simulation.
    • Physics based modelling and simulation of different automotive system.
    • 1D system model development for hydraulic and pneumatic brake system for Commercial vehicle application.
    • Experience in 1D system level model development for steering system effort estimation.
    • Hands on experience on Seimens AMEsim software for 1D system model development and result analysis and test correlation.
    EducationWork Experience
    • Min 3-5 years hands on experience in simulation model development, analysis and validation.
    • Should have hands on experience in any 2 or more tools like MSC ADAMS, Carsim/trucksim , Matlab Simulink, LMS AMESim, Carsim, trucksim , AVL Cruise.
    • Programing experience like Python, C++, FORTRAN, Matlab script added advantages.
    • Excellent problem solving skill, written and verbal communication and highly motivated towards task completion, minimum supervision required.
    • Committed to process improvement by new development, Good project management skills.
