Job Description

Preparation and execution of tests as per DVP for TASE. 2. Vehicle testing as per change matrix of aggregates. 3. Monitoring the project (plan vs actual) and preparation of weekly report. 4. Understanding the competitor vehicle and benchmarking TASE specific. 5. Co-ordination with Project team, shop and designer 6. Monitoring the issue observed during testing and proper tracking and subsequent closer based on the action taken by concerned agency. 7. Components/ field failure analysis and validation by considering worst case matrix. 8. Testing data analysis, generation of test report, attribute sheets, Panel charts and ESO documents 9. Vehicle preparation and evaluation like cooling, clutch evaluation, power train evaluation, Exhaust IQA . 10. Benchmarking of vehicle and robust target setting for future products. 11. Generation and evaluation of VAVE / ICR ideas by using multiple levels like benchmark, PAT test results, alternate source etc. 11. Preparation of the Support ESO documents like Vehicle Test Plan, Test Summary sheet etc. for timely ESO completion.
