Good Communication Skills
Have good knowledge in Digital Marketing (Outbound Sales)
Team handling experience of 100-200 TSOs
Data management & having Dialer Knowledge

Aware About the basic KRA and KPIs
Knowledge of Attrition and Shrinkage
Must have experience in hardcore sales outbound
Quick thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
