Performance - Weightage 40% Managing Regional Verification and ensuring Agencies are decisioning applications within credit guidelines, approx annual volumes ~1 lacs Field Grids Spread across Location . Portfolio Management in a Metro/Non Metro Market coupled with Extensive travelling .Execute Verification strategy for his Region spread across agencies and track performance to give inputs to Zonal Verification Head . Ensuring customer experience through minimization of errors and reduction of TAT . Effective co-ordiantion with Regional Sales force and Conducting Joint Visits for Better understanding of Portfolio and driving learning series . Productivity Growth - Weightage20% Preparing agency payouts in line with the business P L and cost model and ensure billing within defined timelines. Monitor VAPE as per MOU and aligning the same with the regional set-ups for effective resource management and better volume control and effective portfolio tracking . Track and generate MIS of region and publishing the same to Zonal Head . Identify and develop channel partners to create effective field force as per the required capacity. Maintain cordial vendor relations . Perform due diligence on Agencies to ensure adherence to laid down Verification process mechanism and keep the zonal head posted on the same.Ensure grids are Verified within defined time lines across agencies spread across entire region . Ensure First time right strategy and drive the same across region . Compliance 20% Ensuring better controls through SVCL, Code of conducts, info-security guidelines, surprise field audits and exploring technological advancements for ensuring data privacy. Ensuring 100% accurate GEO-Tagging Process Audit for the zone. People 20% Responsible for leading team of Agency Managers for effectively conducting field and Tele Verifcation Processes.Wing to Wing knowledge of Verification process systems. Strong vendor management skills .Excellent team leading Skills .Understanding of Business.Planning and establishing direction. Executing locational/customer Verification level strategyon decisioning to drive First time right.Should possess strong execution skills; identify problems and implement solutions quickly and effectivelyGood communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with evidence of teamwork and collaboration.Should possess strong execution skills along with demonstrated ability to identify root causes of problems .Excellent listening, problem solving and analytical skills with ability to resolve conflict effectively.Post-Graduate / Graduate Degree or equivalent educational qualifications. Management Degree/Diploma will be an added advantage.Credit Card knowledge along with good understanding of Credit Processes. knowledge of credit documentation, basic financial ability .Good written verbal Communication skills,Project Management ExperienceGraduate ( any stream preferable commerce arts ) with experience of 4-6 year or MBA from reputed B School with an experience of 3-5 yearsVendor Management , Project Management People Management experience minimum of 6 years ,
