Job Description

    BE - IT/Computer Science or MSc - IT/Computer Science or MCA Experience: 7-10 years Any additional requirement: CCNA/CCNP Certified Professional with Proven experience as network administrator role Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) We are looking for Senior Office - Network to maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation. Key Roles and Responsibilities Financial
    • To ensure project execution so that it is delivered within Budget and Quality.
    Customer Oriented
    • Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
    • Resolve problems reported by end user
    • Define network policies and procedures
    People Oriented
    • Perform effective Weekly Operational Review with Support Partner Team.
    • To train 3rd Party team members on new hardware or software.
    Internal Business Process
    • Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade networks and in house servers
    • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
    • Support and administer third-party applications
    • Ensure network security and connectivity
    • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency) and test for weaknesses
    • Specify system requirements and design solutions
    • Research and make recommendations on server system administration
    CompetenciesTechnical/FunctionalBehavioral
    • Knowledge in networking, routing and switching, MPLS, VPN
    • Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
    • Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
