Senior Programme Officer Marine Programme WWF India Profile: Job responsibilities include: Taking the role of project lead in ongoing projects related to marine debris, plastics and gear Assisting with the coordination of activities for other ongoing projects Playing a key role in coordinating and conducting social research for marine conservation Proposal development, reporting and monitoring of ongoing projects Data analysis and development of technical and policy reports Engaging with external stakeholders and developing partnerships Contributing to external and internal communications Representing WWF India at internal and external events and engaging with the wider WWF Qualifications, Experience and competencies required: A Masters in Social Sciences / Marine Ecology / Wildlife Biology / Fisheries Biology, or a related discipline 2- 3 years of experience working with an NGO or similar organization Knowledge and / or experience of working on the human dimensions of marine conservation Strong written and oral communication skills in English with working knowledge of at least one other regional language Submission Details: WWF- India is an equal opportunities employer.
