Job Description

    The Relationship Manager serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing personalized banking services and solutions to meet their financial needs. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering guidance on banking products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.A Senior Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to the HNI customers and ensuring value added services. Responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet. Responsible for deepening the existing relationships by cross selling of Banks products and Services/ third party investment products. Increasing customer engagement through other non-investment products like Forex, Remittances, Loans, etc. to the new and existing customers. Ensuring that the. customers are sufficiently educated/ leveraged on the best financial solutions.Qualification: Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred). Should have minimum 4 years of experience in banking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using banking software and systems,
