Designation: Senior Research Associate, Biopharmaceutical DevelopmentSyngene International Ltd.   • Should have experience with shake flasks and laboratory and large-scale stainless-steel bioreactors ranging from 1-50L scale (Microbial fermentation).
  • To perform media & buffer prep., seed generation and support activities for fermentation and harvest.
  • To perform in-process tests to monitor process performance.
  • To perform Installation and maintenance of equipment in the lab.
  • To specify requisitions and maintain laboratory materials required for laboratory activities.
  • To complete proper documentation of work done in laboratory notebooks, SAP, BPR and as applicable.
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to work in shifts including night shiftsPossess the knowledge and exposure to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices.
  • Follow Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
  • Attend training on Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS)
