New and scratch Configuration, managing and troubleshooting of all servers and new requirements andchange in the servers like window 2008/ 2012, VMware, SCCM. Responsible for IT Infrastructure Management and Maintenance of the internal office and clients, Designingand implementing network and VPN setup according to the requirement of different Project. Managing &maintaining network over all security in the network. User data management on SAN, DAS/NAS (Tandberg, Storage, HP). Project Monitoring, Project Planning, SLA (Service level agreement). Setting up projects organization, defining reporting, and communications paths. Developing project plan and managing projects schedule. Resource control, controlling the project team performance. All over India/UAE/UK/South Africa TPL cases/calls for all types Server/Desktop/laptop/Printer. Installation, Configuration, troubleshoot of network desktop, Servers and other EDP like Bio metrics, CCTV. Act as Tech support Engineer to Troubleshooting of Server and Datacenter Calls in Telangana state area,Diagnosis and resolving the problems, Providing and Extreme level of support to Customer. Addressing queries extending onsite support to the clients including maintenance of hardware / software andRemote Control. Provide technical support with remote for HP (Chassis/Blade) servers, HP storage, DELL, SUN and IBM servers. Daily check health status of server and storage. Physical Verification, DC Audit, Physical Inspection and DR. IBM X3650 M3 Server, Full remote support. Excellent Experience in server hardware troubleshooting (HP/DELL/IBM) Installation, Configuration and Administration of Cisco Routers and Switches Excellent in maintaining Microsoft Exchange Servers, Outlook and office 365 Provide Guidance related to incident about Server and Desktop such as; Problem, Diagnosis steps, Activityaction Plan as required, Configuration of Network Systems, RAID, ADDS Configuration, Collecting Logs relatedto the problem, Etc through Remote. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems,software, and hardware. Installation, configuration and system administration of windows 2003/2008/2012 network with runningDHCP, DNS, IIS and Linux server Managing Server Applications. Installation of RAID on Dell, HP and IBM Servers. Extensive knowledge on windows server level issues handling. Windows OS & AD Incident/Production Management. Server performance monitoring and apply the solution to increase the performance Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. Walk customer through problem-solving process. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Active directory and domain administration (GP, OU, user management, security) Server RAID configuration, Servers HW (installation, configuration, mounting, HW failure check-up,Troubleshoot). Responsible to Manage Field Engineers according to Server and Datacenter Calls across India. Installing supported network devices, hardware, software, and applications on the PCs and Servers. Providing guidance related to Windows, Linux O/S support. Logged Ticket/case.
