Service Delivery Head - Corporate CSR ProjectsAbout this jobCentum Learning India is hiring Service Delivery Head - Corporate CSR Projects at various towns in India:DesignationService Delivery Head - Corporate CSR Projects (1)Cities New Delhi Salary As per Industry Standards Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for implementing PAN India CSR/Skilling projects successfully, sourcing and empaneling the partners for project implementation & revenue realization.To develop and update project plans which would include information such as project objectives

  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Establish and execute a project communication plan
  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
  • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
  • Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel
Essential Qualification
  • MBA professional with 12-18 yrs of work experience in CSR/ Skilling space
  • Must have hands on experience in end to end CSR project implementation
  • Must have experience of revenue & P&L management in employability and entrepreneurship projects in schools, colleges, Skill development centres, Outreach programs etc.
  • Must have a deep understanding of common norms, SSC, NSDC & other skilling bodies
  • Strong relationship management skills, collaborative skills to work internally with cross functional teams
  • Should have above average communication and writing skills
