Job Description

Job Description:

  • Be a part and contribute in companys growing spare parts business by providing exceptional technical support to the commercial spare parts team for the worldwide customer base of W&H group.
  • Learn the best machines in the flexible packaging industry of the W&H group and identify the electrical/mechanical spare parts used on these machines.
  • Work on technical spare parts offers & orders on the latest SAP softwares.
  • Consult with various internal departments in HQ in Germany to provide the right technical support.
  • Consult directly with vendors/sub-vendors for technical queries/spare parts offers in special cases.
  • Work on new projects for technical spare parts identification, whenever required.
  • Contribute in companys other co-curricular activities, whenever required.
*Good and deserving candidate will get a chance to visit our head-quarters in Germany for training.Salary: 4 to 6 Lakhs INR/annum (Negotiable) Depends on the candidate current intake and caliber.Required qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics from recognized Indian Institutes.
  • Excellent academic and work records.
  • Good technical as well as communication skills.
  • Experienced executives with relevant work experience of 2-5 years.
Preferable prior knowledge:
  • German Language.
  • Knowledge of Machine spare parts.
  • Exposure in Machine Maintenance/ Field Service/ Spare parts management/
AutoCAD drafting/ heavy equipment machineries.
  • Flexible Packaging machinery (Extrusion, Printing, FFS, Conversion machines).
Special requirements:
  • 5 years of service agreement with the company.
  • The job demands excellent technical skills as well as high standard of communication skills both verbal as well as written. We are looking for a strong team player with effective interpersonal skills, and good computer literacy, a person willing to learn & work in a new language and ready for a long term association.
