Engage in analysis, design, development, support and documentation tasks relating to the delivery of SharePoint 2010 solutions to meet agreed time, cost and quality requirements. Provide systems support services to meet customer demand for the resolution of incidents, problems, service requests and business improvement initiatives. Provide accurate delivery estimates for work to be performed. Comply with appropriate policy and guidelines specified within department s Project Management, Systems Development, Solutions Architecture and Service Management frameworks. Research and evaluate new technologies, software solutions, better practice methodologies and opportunities for business improvement as required. Provide technical advice and mentoring to other ISB staff and participate in skills transfer as required. Skills required Proven experience in SharePoint 2010 within an enterprise context. Proven experience in SharePoint Portal 2010 products and technologies. Proven experience in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 products and technologies. Demonstrated experience liaising with technical staff and management at all levels. Proven experience in web content management using SharePoint technologies. Proven experience in SharePoint customisation (HTML, CSS, XSLT advantageous). Proven experience in communication and knowledge management. Proven experience in writing technical documentation. Proven experience in the development and implementation of SharePoint Enterprise Archit.,
