Job Description

    Build and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel framework), JavaScript, and modernfront-end technologies. Develop interactive user interfaces using React.js, HTML, and CSS. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.1. API Development and Integration:Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs. Integrate third-party APIs such as payment gateways, Payout, AePS , BBPS, Utility, etc. Ensure APIs are optimized for performance and security.1. System Design and Architecture:Lead the development of software architecture for scalable and secure solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.1. Performance and Optimization:Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.1. Team Collaboration and Leadership:Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to ensuresuccessful project delivery.1. Research and Innovation:Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve development processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:1. Technical Skills:Proficiency in PHP (Laravel framework preferred). Strong expertise in JavaScript and frameworks like React.js. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design. Experience with API design and development (RESTful APIs). Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL. Familiarity with modern development tools like Git.1. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.Experience Required: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
