You ll work in a collaborative, trusting, thought-provoking environment one that encourages diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our customers globally.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:BE/BTECH degree or equivalent experienceAt least 12+ years of hands on software development experienceProficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages Core Java, Spring frameworks, REST API, Cloud, Micro services, AngularJS, Bootstrap, React and other web technologies etc.Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2/IMS, VSAM, CICS.Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvementExperience with the following development and build tools (or similar): IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven, BitBucket/Git/Gitflow, JMeter/Pasta/Blazemeter, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, MVC and Spring CloudExperience in Unix Shell Scripts, API Gateways, Apache Kafka, Cassandra, NoSQLAdvanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplinesUnderstanding of architecture and design across all systemsKnowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practicesAbility to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goalsPassionate about building an innovative cultureGood analytical and technical problem-solving skillsGood written and oral communication capabilitiesAbility to quickly learn new product or skill, enthusiastic about emerging technologies,
