Job Description

Solution Designing

  1. Understand client s existing set up
  2. Analyze client s requirement.
  3. Formulate customized design solutions in collaboration with operations & sales team.
  4. Identify, agree internally and externally with Clients and review KPI s for every Project.
  5. Suggest the vendors and technology solution appropriate for client s requirement.
  6. Participate along with sales team in developing negotiating strategies and positions, examining risks and potentials, estimating client and partner s needs and goals.
  7. Set up necessary procedures: procurement, planning, reporting, customer service, etc.
  8. With support of corporate and regional teams, implement necessary applications to run the operations.
  9. Review Project Commercials within agreed intervals with the Customer and obtain Price Increases on a YOY basis.
  10. Ensure that all activities are billed and there is no revenue leakage.
  11. Ensure Monthly Service Billing and Collections are in line with Customer Agreements.
