Your experience and skills include:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience of which at least 1-2 years in similar role in an international environment.
Strong in Spa Operations
Excellent verbal and written communication; analytical and reasoning skills; well versed with problem solving techniques.
Strong process orientation
Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills
Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies
Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
Dynamic and result oriented
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

What you will be doing:

Direct operations of the facility, including short and long range strategic planning so that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently
Ensure the establishment and execution of all departmental goals
Strong Technical Skills, Manage, train, and motivate all personnel reporting to this position
Drive Sales and Marketing for SPA operations and Serve as a link between the hotel and the spa industry
Meet with group meeting planners to show spa facility and programs as required
Adhere to the Spa Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial budgeting and analysis for the departments within the facility.
Create Wellness Menu & pricing structure for treatments / retail adapting to local market conditions and hotel rates.
