Job Description

  • Deepen the cash and trade wallet of the allocated portfolio of clients.
  • Responsible for ensuring cross-sell of other GTS products, increase flow business, driving online transactions and highlighting other opportunities which the client might indicate and which are relevant for other BUs within the bank like T&M/CBG etc.
  • Should be able to effortlessly associate closely even at senior levels in the client organisation in order to get an early insight into the business changes and consequent requirements
  • To work effectively with internal stake-holders to deliver a best in class solution/service delivery to the clients
  • To conduct customer journeys and also ensure positive feedback from the clients in various customer surveys
