    Client - Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI)Position - Specialist Security Devices and Networks / Senior Manager - Security OperationLocation - UIDAI HQ, New DelhiEducation Qualification - B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Tech or in relevant fieldExpereince - 10 years in network security and SOC management.Certifications - such as CISSP/CISA/CISM (anyone is mandatory)Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Skills: Strong leadership and Technical expertise in Security Operations A deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices Experienced in managing and troubleshooting perimeter security devices such as Router, Switch, Firewall, Proxy, IDS/IPS.SIEM UEBA & SOAR Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approachJob Responsibilities: Manage the scoping, design, planning, and execution of Security Operation Centre network security-related activities Collaborate with IT. and business owners to recommend and implement solutions for continuous improvement or to realize new capabilities Monitor SOC performance against agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure that the SOC meets organizational security requirements Contribute to the development and execution of the organizations cybersecurity strategy, aligning SOC activities with business objectives. Supervise the execution of day-to-day operational SOAR network security changes to the firewall. IDS/IPS, and other network security device configurations to defend against known and emerging threats Provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the security infrastructure. Ensure that the SOC activities adhere to relevant security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements,
