Providing assistance in proposed mortgage in Equitable Mortgage and Registered Mortgage cases forvarious kinds of properties such as Commercial, Residential, Agriculture, Industrial and Mixed Use forFree Hold and Lease Hold categories Preparing & submitting Registered Mortgaged Deed based on the category of properties such asAgriculture, Commercial etc. supervising its execution before S R O. To assist management in formulating Legal Policy and Process Note for Mortgage. Rendering Legal opinion in LAP, EDI, Healthcare, NBFC, Construction Finance / Project and Largeparcel of land in MME and for other department, if required. Evaluating & verifying the Loan documents to create the perfect mortgage on the secured asset;responding to notices of the customers, and analyzing suitable case laws to address the legal issuesproperly. Conducting legal research to update the management on latest case laws. The verification of title documents with respect to the genuineness thereof with concerned SRO. Close co-ordination with Forensic Lab for verification of documents to know about the genuinenessthereof. Co -ordination with Forensic Lab with respect to fabricated property documents. Managing Legal Agency/Firm empanelment process PAN India and their timely review and renewals. To conduct Legal Due Diligence to take over (securitization) the portfolio of other lending institutions. Filling/Vetting of filled Construction Finance (CF) loan kit which includes mortgage, hypothecationand all other documents Understanding of legal chain / legal issues involved in CF case Observations on TSR received from empanelled lawyer s Resolution of queries / suggestion for doc s required from legal perspective for Construction Financecases Performing other activities such as drafting and vetting of various agreements/documents such asDeed of Hypothecation, Pari Passu documents, & MOE to create mortgage/MODT, Mortgage Deedfor simple mortgage and Owner s Declaration etc. Drafting various NOCs, Indemnity Bonds, Declarations and Affidavits, Application, Letters as per therequirements. Closure of TSR from empanelled lawyer s Empanelment of new firms for TSR, if required Hiring of legal resources, attrition management and performance management,
