Job Description

New lead generation.
Client follow-up.
Properly Maintain of DSR.
Co-ordinate with Shipping line & Exporter Party.
Export W/H stuffing & Factory stuffing Container booking allotment of sales team.
Co-ordinate with transportation & rail lines.
Vehicles online GPS tracking with vehicles current position.
Daily vehicle in or out report with ctr detail & party detail updated in online software update.
Coordinate with the all company exporter & importer party.
Co-ordinate with the operations team for issues and resolve on the same.
Coordinate with all vehicles driver any road movement issues.
Coordinated with the Transport Dept any type of work.
Export Factory stuffing Container booking Allotment.
Coordinate with customer and (dispatches detail & booking docs detail or morning vehicles current location detail send to our exp & imp clients.
Daily booking detail & dispatch detail our company reporting all senior staff.
Daily dispatch utilization report direct reporting our company director.
Handling HCPL 65 vehicles all legal and commercial documents new making & revalidity & Challan issue accident clamed cases.
