Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities Sr. Manager Technology Role & Responsibilities:Provide thought-leadership to the client on technical architecture for IT projects complying to the business requirements.Review and provide guidance to the client/development team on the architecture and technical design documents of the IT projects, applications, and IT infrastructure.Ensure optimized Database Design along with provisioning of appropriate Data mining and Data analysis capabilities.Assistance in Implementing robust IT security practices with desired performance benchmarks in the applications.Collaborate with External/Internal Development teams, Business Analysts, OEMs, Solution providers, etc. for deriving the design architectures as per Industry best practices and relevant design patterns.Review the coverage and execution of the Testing processes involved in the development of the applications.Work in conjunction with PMU Head on size estimations, managing scope and risk.Assistance in establishing Coding best practices, Continuous Integration practices, Configuration management platforms, Usage of automation tools, etc. for enhanced code quality and streamlining the application delivery.Any other role assigned by NBM/ PMU HeadRequirements:Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/ IT, MCAExperience : 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in designing and Architecting IT Projects /e-governance project implementations.Key Expectations:Experience in developing IT projects using Agile/ waterfall methodologies.Must have experience in end-to-end IT project development including Requirement analysis, design, programming, QA and testing to accomplish the successful and timely delivery of software solutions and validate with customers and stakeholders at all stages of the development lifecycle.Must have proven excellent communication and technical documentation skills.Experience in working with Project Managers, Architects, Scrum Masters, Domain specialists and other business stakeholders to understand project requirementsProven record of Preparing, managing and monitoring key project metrices / SLAs as per RFP/Contract and provide status updates to the stakeholders.Experience of Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customer at all levels to understand their business drivers and work with the users to ensure that the technical solutions meets their business requirements.Must have experience of developing multiple Enterprise applications involving complex Business processes, Business Rules, 3rd party integrations over disparate platforms, multi-access channels, Communication queues, etc.Must have exposure to industry standard tools and COTS products in automating the delivery processes.Strong experience in Change Management and Incident Management ProcessesShould have understanding guidelines and frameworks for development of e-Gov applications published by MeiTY / other government agencies.Experience of working in IT projects related to Telecom industry and have knowledge of Telecom (Telephony/Broadband) standards, protocols, etc.Experience in managing Internal/external Stakeholders of Government departments, Solution Providers, etc.Should be a keen learner who is abreast with the latest technology advancements in the IT industry.,
