  • Assist in End to End Recruitment.
  • Maintaining MIS records of all the candidates evaluated or rejected thereafter.
  • Responsible for full- life cycle recruitment experience that includes Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Interviewing, Selection, Offer negotiation and closing.
  • Coordination of the entire function of staffing, recruitment and selection process as per the specifications provided by the organization.
  • Using various recruitment tools like Job portals, Internal database and References.
  • Preparing daily & weekly tracker for database information sourcing activity, placement information, interview scheduled and others.
  • Efficient in shortlisting, scheduling interviews, pre-employment tests and reference check.
