Job Summary Key Objective / Purpose of the Job: Meeting Sales targets as per the productivity norms. Increase the depth of relationship and business thru signing up/selling new products & Services. Build a long term Strategic Account Vision/Document. Major Activities Identify requirements & sales opportunities with key ISP/MSO customers for India/SAARC touching business. Conduct negotiations with customers based on pricing & technical solutions. Engage in customer relationship management. Track market for performance of TCL products vis--vis competitors products. Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered. Key Specifications Position Title : Account Manager ( Senior Manager/DGM Level) Technical: Technical ( BE/B Tech) background is preferred since in his/her role, he/she will be responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area which may also impact a wider operational area. Should be capable of leading a CFT and guiding professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles. Behavioural: Assertive with good negotiation skills and strong analytical skills. Good communications skills are a must.
Experience: 12 15 years of experience in IT/Cloud/Telecom Data & Mobility and Voice business, a good part of which be preferably in ISP/MNO/Telecom domain. Exposure to IT/Cloud business is preferred. Educational Qualifications: BE + MBA preferable
