1. Manage assets, materials and contracts for the core maintenance point 2. Monitor performance of fiber network against defined SLAs 3. Support OM of infra and access electronics against defined SLAs 4. Provide details of fiber spans for inter, intra and access network 5. Coordinate with network operations center for issue resolution 6. Collaborate with OM /ISP core team for critical issue resolution 7. Ensure sufficient material in CMP warehouse for fiber operation 8. Drive and monitor the KPI achievements 9. Ensure implementation of quality, health, safety, environment and fire policies 10. Maintain quality of fiber network and insure quality of work during fault restoration5 - 10 years
