    Manager / Sr. Manager - Strategy & Business Development (Policy Strategist)Location: DelhiJob Role:- Opportunity Identification:Lead efforts to identify, assess, and capitalize on emerging business opportunities within the power industry.- Strategic Planning:Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies for sustainable business growth, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the power sector.- Market Intelligence:Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to inform decision-making and strategic positioning.- Stakeholder Engagement:Build and nurture relationships with regulatory bodies, electricity authorities, government agencies, and industrial associations to influence and shape industry direction.- Event Management:Coordinate and oversee key industry events such as workshops, seminars, and conferences to drive impactful discussions and engagement with stakeholders.- Policy Advocacy:Draft and present policy position papers, aligning the companys stance with its business goals while collaborating with finance, legal, and other departments.
