Job Description

  1. Handle chat and email support of our products.
  2. Must be able to resolve and assign tickets on time.
  3. Must have knowledge of PHP programming.
  4. Coordinate with internal technical teams and international customer to resolve issues in a timely manner
  5. Escalate the tickets internally as appropriate. Understanding coding practices, code quality, and code coverage
  6. Must have experience in handling customers technical querries
Requirements*Minimum 1 year experienceGraduate/BE in any discipline / MCA / BCA /B.Sc (comp science) or equivalentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of PHP CodingKnowledge of WordPress will be added Advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
