Job Description

Provide L1 support to clients across globe
Willing to work in rotational night shifts including weekends
Extend technical support to Clients over email/phone and teams
Provide technical support for cloud-based issues pertaining to Azure, O365 and AWS
Support on Email migrations
Technology focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
Keen interest in learning cloud technologies.
Self-paced learning on technologies
Should have good internet bandwidth in supporting clients

, Requirements

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Basic understanding of customer service
Hands on experience and understanding in MS Office
Basic understanding of cloud advantageous
Co-ordinate with Microsoft Techincal Team in getting the customer issues resolved on time.
