Job Description

  • The SSL will manage key global surveillance manufacturers, ecosystem players relationship in India and will lead cross-functional teams (PLM, Marketing, TCM/CTS teams) to define the GTM for surveillance segment and execute within region Sales teams to achieve/exceed company s revenue target.
About the Role You will:
  • Establish and build market access for surveillance storage products, working with the channels
  • Lead and manage key surveillance manufacturers strategy in India and drive execution down to downstream channels
  • Be responsible for achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue, share and product mix in India
  • Establish best in class ecosystem (alliances and customers) partner strategy to jointly engage, educate, and listen to the channel and end customers for growth and continuous improvement
  • Train, educate partners and customers on a regularly
  • Build strong networks with SIs, VARs for project wins, and work with marketing to build a growing customer case studies/testimony
  • Strategize and align global knowledge and business objectives to drive and support go-to-market strategy in products, positioning, business development, channel and alliances engagement for surveillance
  • Own India s customers strategy and surveillance ecosystem relationship to build collaboration in technology and marketing, joint events, training, channel outreach/sell with channels and early endorsement
  • Identify and understand current and unmet needs for existing and potential customers or ecosystem players in each of the countries and build a plan to achieve the segment objectives
About You
  • Relevant Degree and experience in video surveillance, VMS, networking and security industry
  • Experience in managing surveillance channel preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales results
  • Knowledge of financial metrics, numerical and analytical skills
  • Good organization and communications, pragmatic and critical thinker
  • Ability to multi-tasks, manage priorities, solve problems and make decisions
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with internal and external customers
  • Able to lead a team and other support functions towards common goals; collaborate effectively
  • Excellent presentation skills and superb public speaking experience
