Job Description

    You will be responsible for driving recruitment cycle along with strategizing for ensuring pipeline as perthe requirement from the business. Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent for sales/servicinghiring from diverse sources as per manpower requirements. Responsible for Entire Talent acquisition for Front line sales for Pan India Leads communication and relationships with hiring managers and interview teams. Providesfeedback on applicants and candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movementthrough various systems Ensuring 100% SLA and compliance and related to recruitment Managing appropriate source mix of hiring Excellent stakeholder management through regular interaction and hiring updates A typical day would include screening resumes / interviewing candidates, shortlisting them forfinal interviews Post line manager selection, doing the documentation process for selected candidates,negotiating offer and rolling out offers. Post offer acceptance communicating to the candidateson induction day and joining formalities. During all these transactions maintaining an overallgood candidate experience Ensuring 100% occupancy as per the manpower budget for the locationSkills & Experience:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Pleasing personality with excellent presentation skills
    • Should be target oriented
    • Has the ability to work as an Individual contributor & also work with a team when and wherever
    • required
    • Proven recruiting experience
    • Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle
    • Hands-on experience with social media recruiting
    • Familiarity with KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus
    • Experience in formulating a hiring strategy
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • 2 years of team handling experience
    Education & Qualifications:
    • MBA Tier 1/2 Institute
