Dear Candidate,We have an urgent opening for Talent Acquisition ExecutiveDesignation: Executive - HR EXECUTIVEShift :- 9 AM to 6 PM | 5.5 DAYS WORKINGLocation :- Pitampura | DELHIJob Summary:The Talent Acquisition Executive would be responsible to place best available candidates in a timely and cost effective manner and adopt best practice recruitmentinitiatives across the organisation. He would be responsible for developing, implementing and leading recruitment strategies and efforts to meet the ongoing needof the organisation, which involves not only finding and screening candidates, but developing the corporate policy for talentbench-marking, talent assessment, interviewing policies and also ensuring compatibility with employment law.Roles & Responsibilities:The Talent Acquisition Executive would be responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:1. Work in coordination with HR Manager to understand the goals and requirements of the Company.2. Consult with hiring managers to understand the parameters of specific positions.3. Monitor candidate applications and collate CVs in preparation for short-listing.4. Recruit Personnel across all the departments at junior to senior level.5. Source, Screen, Conduct telephonic Interviews based on specific selection criterions.6. Schedule interviews and prepare recruitment questionnaires. 7. Liaise with managers to identify testing/assessment needs and assist as required. 8. Co-ordinate all post interview processes up to offer stage.9. Prepare weekly status reports on recruitment activities and ad hoc reports as requested.Desired Candidates Profile:1. 0.6-1 years of experience in junior to senior hiring2. Proven experience within a high volume recruiting environment 3. Very good at sourcing skills & evaluating the candidates4. Proven experience prioritising conflicting workloads and driving all elements of the recruitment life cycle.5. Good with multiple sourcing skills like job portals, Social Networks & References6. Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.7. Able to manage the pressure, multitasking skills & able to mingle with in the team8. Able to interact effectively at all levels and create strong internal working relationships9. Able to meet deadlines as required10. Competent in the use of MS Office11.
