Job Description

    Position Title:Product Trainer TallyLocation:Velocity Xcelerator Pvt Ltd, DelhiReports To:Branch HeadJob Type:Full-timeOverview:We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Product Trainer to deliver Tally product training to Tally Channel Partner (CP) resources. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive product training, release update training, and conduct simulation assessments to ensure the proficiency of our CP resources from a sales perspective.Key Responsibilities:
    • Product Training:Deliver in-depth training sessions on Tally products to Tally CP resources, focusing on product features, benefits, and usage.
    • Release Update Training:Conduct training sessions on new product releases and updates to ensure CP resources are up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities.
    • Simulation Assessments:Develop and conduct simulation assessments to evaluate the knowledge and skills of CP resources, providing feedback and improvement plans.
    • Training Materials:Create and update training materials, manuals, and documentation to support training programs.
    • Continuous Improvement:Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training programs and materials.
    • Reporting:Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes to the Branch Head.
    Requirements:
    • Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Education, IT, or a related field.
    • Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in product training with Tally.
    • Skills:Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts.
    • Knowledge:Deep understanding of Tally products and their applications in business.
    • Attributes:Patient, enthusiastic, and able to engage and motivate trainees.
