The Team Lead, Growth Initiatives will be a key member of Airwoot s team reporting directly to the Head of Sales, and the CEO. As Team Lead, Growth Initiatives, spectrum of responsibilities will include championing outreach, support and content marketing. Summary and RequirementsApart from a proven track record, the candidate should have a minimum of 4 yrs of experience with:Expertise in developing B2B marketing content and writing data driven blogs.Ability to understand, conceptualize, plan and execute B2B marketing.Deep understanding of the 3 pillars of B2B marketing - Acquisition(segmentation & funnel) and Retention.Plan and execute Community Outreach programs.
