Job Description

We are looking for Team Leader-OperationsPosition:Team Leader-OperationsJoining Date: 15 Days Or LessShift:Day Shift (Mon-Sat 10 a.m.-6 p.m.)Job Location: Kirti Nagar. NewDelhiResponsibilities

  • Responsible for managing day to day operationsand quality, performance according to the relevant service level metrics, compliance to guidelines and policies for providing the Support Services.
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Communicates team goals and identifies areas for improvement
  • Assists with hiring and new team member training
  • Supports team members work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Communicates deadlines and daily target to team members
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Supports the team manager and performs management duties in managers absence
Minimum Qualification & Competencies
  • Graduate with fluency in written and spoken English
  • At least 3-4 years of strong Outbound sales experience. Should have supervisory/ management experience or progressive experience including supervisory roles
  • Strong people & team management experience with proven leadership skills
